The deluxe double room was super comfy, providing a great night’s sleep! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Just a heads up, there’s no dining on-site, but a pub nearby serves food. 🍽️

Upon arrival, there was no one at reception for over 10 minutes. the bell didn’t function as intended, leading to confusion. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with holes in the bedding, dirty mugs, and even dirty water in the kettle. A significant, wet patch on the carpet near the bathroom gave off an unsettling vibe. After also discovering that breakfast was not served as anticipated, it wasn't the best experience overall.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff was incredibly attentive, especially the chefs who tailored a meal for my mother’s dietary needs. Dining at the onsite restaurant was a treat with delightful dishes. Tip, make sure to arrive early for easier parking. it can get busy in the evening.

the hotel is perfectly located between hobbledown and chessington, with lots of food options around. the staff were super friendly and always helped us out, really polite too. the room was comfy and the bed was huge, perfect for a good night’s sleep. also, the breakfast menu looked good even tho we didnt try it. would defo come back again!

Had a blast with friends! The room was spacious and spotless, allowing for great relaxation after a day at Chessington and Hobbledown. Loved the friendly staff and convenient pub nearby for meals. Note, breakfast is a cold selection only, but the yogurt was nice! Would recommend for a group getaway.

Absolutely loved the convenient location with delightful eateries nearby. My family room was spacious and perfect for our one-night escapade! Bonus points for having a large fan to keep us cool during the night.

But honestly, my sleep was a bit more 'hot yoga' than 'sleeping beauty' thanks to the warmth. if you want breakfast in bed, better prepare for a light continental!
